Simply outstanding. Rob has been fantastic from the very first phone call. I have worked in the property industry for well over 10 years and have dealt with a fair number of estate agents. I not only found Ginger Cow to be honest and friendly but their attention to detail is what got the result in the end. We had the house on the market with two other local estate agents without a single viewing for over 6 weeks. We then approach Ginger Cow due to their evident success in Wixams and it was Rob that quickly noticed the measurements on the floor plan were incorrect and the overall square footage was wrong showing the house to be a lot smaller. He then arrange to put the house on the market and instantly had interest and sold the house at asking price within a week.
His sales progressor (Zoe) continued this great service all the way to completion day.
